- Room: The screened porch is a favorite for all of us. If not on the screened porch, we enjoy hanging out in the living room together.
- Walk: We enjoy walking together in the morning or late afternoon when it's cooler. It's a great place for walking with children and pets. There's beautiful mountain views when you're walking the neighborhood as well.
- Hike: We enjoy going to play disc golf and walking the trails in Black Mountain. Triple Falls in Brevard is a favorite and not too far. Bent Creek is closer by and has great trails. Lake Lure is nearby as well as apple orchards for apple season.

- Living Here Has Been: Living in our home has been wonderful. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly. There will always be someone wanting to invite you over to sit out for a bonfire and hang out, bringing food to your home just because, or just friendly neighbors passing to say hello. Different holidays like Halloween and Christmas are always fun and a joy for the whole neighborhood to see the different decorations.
We have loved tending to our yard and loved watching the flowers we planted bloom each year. We have enjoyed sitting on the screened porch as a family and just enjoying a nice breeze. This home has a special place in our hearts. While we are sad to leave the home that we built, we know someone else will love it just as much as us.
