C’ville Weekly releases their State of Real Estate snapshot.
The good folks at C-VILLE Weekly included our own Partner and Associate Broker, Jim Duncan, in a high level look at the state of the real estate industry in the greater Charlottesville/Albemarle area.
Aptly titled, “The State of Real Estate,” the piece includes market stats, Realtor perspective and prognosis, comparisons to other local and national markets, and first-hand client experiences from Q1 2015 (both Nest Realty clients…hooray!).
So, what’s the verdict? How is our market really doing? In short, sales were down slightly, prices are up, and the number of contracts written bode well for a successful Q2 and Q3 2015.
