Nest Property Management, a product of Nest Realty, is a full-service property management and leasing company in Charlottesville. We focus mainly on residential single family homes, condominiums, attached town homes, and apartments in Charlottesville, Albemarle, and surrounding counties. In addition, we manage HOAs and condo associations throughout Central Virginia.
Though we still operate like a small start up, we are growing. That’s where you come in. We’re seeking a remarkable Leasing and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us ensure we offer our clients with exceptional service. At Nest, no work day is ever the same…we can promise that. We’re looking for someone with 3 years of experience in leasing and/or a relevant sales field. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and direct all leasing activities
- Manage our digital/print marketing, marketing strategy, and social media presence
- Work closely with our entire team to ensure top service to our property owners and tenants
