Thanks to our wonderful clients, neighbors, and partners, 2014 was a great year at Nest Realty.
In early December, we took time to review the year as we gathered for our Annual Nest SUMMIT. More than 80 Nesters from all six office locations gathered in Crozet, Virginia to take a look back at 2014 and look ahead to 2015 and beyond.
Principal Broker, Jonathan Kauffman, took the lead as we discussed the ongoing Nest Evolution. We took a look at the changing real estate industry and how we are positioning ourselves to stay on the leading edge. We investigated where we’ve been and where we’re going with Partner/Associate Broker, Keith Davis, and Partner/Associate Broker, Jim Duncan.
The marketing team covered what we’ve been working on and shared our content strategy for the coming year. Marjorie Adam led the group through some in-depth agent business planning and best practices.
We welcomed Chief Cultural Evangelist, Jon Wolske, of Zappos.com, who led us through an inspiring presentation. He shared a glimpse of the positive culture that Zappos is cultivating, and gifted us with some great ideas for utilizing some of those same core beliefs at Nest.
We enjoyed the chance to spend time with our fellow Nesters from each location in a beautiful setting at King Family Vineyard.
We walked away feeling inspired and invigorated for a new year. We relish in providing you with the very best service, creating lasting relationships, and enhancing each community we live in.
