The Opportunity

The job in question is one half managing the day-to-day operations and transactions of two busy Brokers. In short, you’ll be delighting current clients with a seamless and smooth buying and selling process.

What does the other half entail? We’re so busy with buying and selling houses that we need help crafting a unique and thoughtful customer experience for potential, current and past clients. You’ll assist with marketing project management, client relationship development and the creation of new processes to get in touch (and stay in touch) with clients.

The Details

  • The position is 9-5/full-time with paid vacation.
  • This is not an outside sales position, so no cold calling with ever be included on your “to do” list.
  • The position will require savvy with Microsoft Office products and a comfort with database management.
  • The position will require you be organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlines…while requiring little supervision.
  • The position will mean daily direct communication with clients, other realtors and vendor partners.
  • The bonus? You’ll learn the ropes about real estate and marketing from one of the busiest teams in Central Virginia.
