Jonathan Kauffmann Receives Recognition As A Top Trendsetter in Residential Real Estate
On January 13, 2016, the Swanepoel T3 Group released their annual Power 200 list, honoring leaders in the residential real estate industry. The Swanepoel T3 Group is a prestigious organization that has been providing extensive research and guidance to real estate professionals since 1997.
The Power 200 lists recognizes the 200 most powerful people in residential real estate, along with nine additional lists including Technology Executives, Women Leaders, Social Influencers, and the Trendsetters category, for which Nest Realty Principal Broker, Jonathan Kauffmann, is included. “This list features the innovators, dealmakers, and those that are up and coming and are anticipated to make a difference in the industry,” explains Swanepoel.
This is the first time that Jonathan Kauffmann and Nest Realty have been recognized. Jonathan shares this honor with fellow visionaries in the industry including founders of lead generation systems, follow-up applications, digital marketing firms, and other CRM platforms. He is the only Virginia-based Founder to be recognized. “I’m honored to accept this recognition on behalf of all of the managing brokers, agents, and hard-working employees who are the life blood of Nest Realty. So, how is the list determined? With 400+ hours of debate. The company explains, “In the end, the SP200 is based on a great deal of research. We scoured the Web, read hundreds of bios, read hundreds of LinkedIn pages, sent hundreds of requests for additional information, made endless telephone calls to verify or confirm statistics, and cross-referenced data with surveys and reviewed company financials, and annual reports, and announcements. In short, we did more homework than anyone else does.”
