TREND ALERT: Ocean Aerials

A trend we’re seeing everywhere lately is aerial photography that features the ocean. From sandy shores to the emerald waters of the deep sea, we’re seeing a bird’s-eye view of these dreamy locales. The images are bright, vibrant, and whimsical. They instantly transport us to a sunny, sandy, blissful destination, and we’re loving it!

TREND ALERT: Ocean Aerials

It’s hard to open a design magazine and not see an ocean image gracing coveted wall space – above the mantle, hovering over a couch, or taking center stage in an entryway. The pastel hues are approachable and work well with many design styles.

Gray Malin, a Los Angeles based photographer, is the man behind the lens of many of our favorites. When it comes to fine art photography, his philosophy is simple, “It’s about capturing a moment you want to live within.” Well Sir, I think you’ve succeeded!
