    Angela Hawkins sold our home in record time for full asking price and terms!!! We had a window to sell, and a lot of moving pieces to line up but Angela kept things on task every step of the way. She was honest, timely, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about helping us sell our home, and boy did she deliver! She went above and beyond, and in 7 home sales, this was by far our best experience. If you need to sell your home in the Charlottesville/Ruckersville area, make sure Angela is your first call!

    Angela was easy to work with, quick to respond and even covered some appointments related to selling when we could not be there (pest inspection and others). She had local resources help with everything from painting to moving. She created a sales plan that allowed us to get much higher than asking price for our home.     Angela helped my partners and I sell a beautiful 5 acre lot in rural Greene County, Virginia. She was attentive to our needs and very creative in how she approached the marketing of the lot, even going to the trouble to list the vacant lot with a "to be built" home with a higher-end builder to improve our chances of a sale. It eventually sold for FULL PRICE within 120 days and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Angela has excellent interpersonal skills and a wonderful skillset as a Real Estate Broker.     Angela was invaluable in my search for a new home. She really had my back in the negotiation with the builder. Because I was not in town, she kept an eye on the progress as my home was built and gave me updates and videos of the progress. She was with me at closing and really assisted me there. Post closing, she has been a fantastic resource in learning about my new towns of Charlottesville and Ruckersville. Her recommendation have been important and helpful. She is honestly the best of realtors and I would recommend her unreservedly.

    Our experience selling our old home and buying our new home with Angela was fantastic. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was incredibly patient helping us find exactly the home we were looking for well under budget, all the while steering us away from problematic properties. She was always incredibly organized and gave us invaluable advice on how to prep our home for a quick sale (6 hours!!!). We appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout the entire process and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

    We worked with Angela through buying and selling process. I could not recommend her enough! There is no one that knows the area and market like Angela. When we bought our house, Angela helped us craft an attractive offer and negotiated with seller to get us into a dream house in a competitive market.
