When asked what appeals most to her about Property Management, Sarah is quick to say, "balancing the needs of both parties“ the owner and the resident.

A native of Hampton Roads, Sarah began her property management career in 2000, and relocated to Charlottesville in 2004. She has experience in the management of multi-family, single-family, and student housing, as well as commercial property.

Sarah's attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills make her a highly valued asset. Her love for new challenges allows an ease in dealing with an ever-changing market and drives Sarah's commitment to constantly meet the demands of a highly competitive field.
