During this process of searching for a new home, my husband and I found Julie to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of time talking to us in regards to our needs as it related to buying a new home. She took us to look at several houses and we talked about pros and cons as they related to each one. She kept us up to date with listings of houses through email which was very helpful. She was always pleasant when we would meet or talk on the phone and she appeared to be genuinely concerned about our needs and wanting to help us find the right home! She was always encouraging by letting us know that the right home was “out there” for us and thanks be to God she was right! Julie was our lifesaver! After things went awry with a previous Agent and our house sitting on the market for a month, she was exactly what we needed. Within a week, our house was under contract and the rest of the process went pretty smoothly! She knows exactly what she is doing and also knows how to get things done and taken care of. If we ever move back to the area, we’ll definitely be using her again! Highly recommend Julie.
