He has sold properties in Charlottesville neighborhoods such as North Downtown, Rugby, Belmont, and Fry’s Spring, and in Albemarle County areas such as Ivy, Keswick, Free Union, Crozet, and North Garden, including a house built in 1878, another built in 2023, and many more in between. Macon has sold condominiums in the city and county and parcels of land from 10 to 400 acres. He has executed residential and commercial leases as well. Macon employs a data-driven approach to educating buyers and sellers about real estate values and market trends. He combines his knowledge of the area with a commitment to accessibility and clear communication.
