Northfields is a neighborhood just off of Rio Road with homes mostly built between 1960 and 2000. The large lots - typically ranging from .5 to 1.5 acres - are a big draw for Northfields. There aren't many neighborhoods this close to shopping with large lots like this. While there are some newer homes, most Northfields homes were built in the 1960s and 70s and include a variety of Colonials, Tudors, Ranchers, and Cape Cods.
