The Latest: Homebuyer Tax Credit Not Extended

Check out Nest Realty‘s Jim Duncan’s post on the tax credit extension.  The approved extension was inadvertently reported by Inman News… and many were hopeful that the extension would, in fact, occur.  However, it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.
