Charlottesville Parade of Homes: Sept 26-27 and Oct 3-4

The 46th annual Blue Ridge Homebuilders Association Parade of Homes is being held September 26th and 27th and October 3rd and 4th from noon to 5 pm each day.

This year, there are 30 houses located in Charlottesville, Crozet, Ivy, Keswick, Rio, Fluvanna, Greene, and Louisa.

Be sure to check out the home in Fluvanna’s Needham Village built by Redlands Design and Construction. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sits on a half acre and is built to Earth Craft Standards.
