We provide the information because our allegiance is to the seller and we want to help them sell their home. Because of that, we want to give potential buyers as much information as possible. It's really no different than providing brochures with the pictures and price. Plus, the information is all over the internet - we're just making it easier to get. There are a definitely bit more logistics with creating the signs and re-doing riders if the price changes. But, in our opinion, it's well worth the extra effort. Brad-

I used a custom sign like this to sell a lake home that had a great lake view but couldn't be seen from the street. Good luck. I think things will go well :) Great site too.
