    Nothing but good things to say about this agent. Handled everything exactly the way I asked and got me above my asking price after only a day on the market. He knew that I was moving across the country and would have minimal times to deal with issues with the house so he handled everything he could and kept the communications to the essentials. He was also willing and available whenever I had more in-depth questions to ask. Top notch agent would highly recommend to anyone.

    Buying a home can be a stressful experience. If it wasn’t for Jeff, I’m sure we would have quickly become discouraged and stopped looking. From our first meeting, my husband & I trusted Jeff and felt that he had our best interests at heart. He listened to what we wanted (even when we changed our minds) and responded quickly when we wanted to go see a home. Every step along the way, I felt like he put our needs first; I knew he wanted to find us the perfect home. I trusted that he would position us so we would be successful in the buyer’s market. Simply put, Jeff is one of a kind - incredibly knowledgeable about the local market & all things real-estate, and he has a huge heart. He genuinely cares about his clients.     Jeff was able to help us successfully navigate a very tricky sale. We had cosmetic issues that appeared to be foundational on a home that was competing in a stiff market and against new builds. Jeff was able to help us price appropriately, market the home effectively, and represent the issues truthfully and to our benefit. Throughout the process Jeff was knowledgeable, honest, transparent, patient, and encouraging. He never hesitated to 'fight' for us if needed. We felt like he represented our interests well and wanted the best for us, even over himself. I trust Jeff and would highly recommend him. Jeff helped us narrow down what we were looking for, helped us set realistic expectations, and guided us through the buying process in such a professional and helpful manner. I trust Jeff to tell us the truth and provide us with clear, actionable information. Additionally, Jeff has a strong understanding of housing construction and potential issues.
