With cul-de-sacs brimming with colonials and Cape Cods priced below $300,000, Woodcroft is a true staple of Southwest Durham. It's nestled between Sutton Station and Woodcroft Shopping Center, both of which offer shopping and restaurants (including two of my favorite comfort food dives, Randy's Pizza and Nantucket Grill - obviously the clam chowder is fantastic, but the lemon cake is their best kept secret!!!!)
