    We had a wonderful experience working with Chris Houck in finding our dream house. Chris was extremely accommodating with our tight schedule in showing us as many houses as time permitted. He really knew the area well and his knowledge of home construction was a definite asset. We were very impressed with his excellent work ethic and personal integrity. We felt that Chris was always honest and truthful in dealing with us. Even after the home closing, when we had some problems, Chris went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. We would absolutely recommend him.

    Chris Houck’s experience in the construction industry was extremely helpful in evaluating the quality of the houses. Chris was flexible and always available based on my travel schedule. Chris was patient and helped me focus on the important factors in buying a new home and was open minded as we narrowed down the best location. He was timely with responses to questions and concerns. His recommendations and coordination of the inspection and other services was extremely valuable. His easy going manner helped make this time less stressful .     I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor! Chris was extremely persistent with providing me with information as soon as possible and finding the answer to questions and quickly responding to me. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me notified with any new homes on the market that fell into what I desired. Chris is very honest and upfront he does not seek to just sell you any house but to sell you a home.

    Chris was very patient with me as I navigated the process of selling my home. He was available to answer questions - and I had lots of them! Chris took the time to learn the various aspects and details of my home so he could be prepared to answer any questions that may arise. The marketing done by Chris and Nest Realty was top notch and helped to get my home in front of buyers from all areas of the country.     Chris spent months with us and worked diligently to help us find the perfect home. He was always ready to help and answer any questions. He made closing on our house and the whole process very simple and fun. He is the rock star of reality, I must say!
