Kris: I love hiking, finding waterfalls, and Jeep trailing. I have also played guitar for 40-plus years.

Kris: My two favorite spots are the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the Hawaiian Islands!

They did not disappoint from the moment we met both Kris and Amanda McCoy. It was great to finally personally meet someone we had been listening to in numerous videos. I really enjoyed the fact that they were personable to be around but could switch gears and be direct and to the point about business when it mattered. If there was a property we wanted to see, they made it happen as soon as possible. When it came time to get an offer out and accepted, they got it done.
