They first discussed in detail what our interests were, and set up portals to show us appropriate listings. The criteria were tweaked based on our feedback, so we received more appropriate listings to our interests. When the time came to view our preferred listings, they set up viewings in a very efficient manner to optimize our time. Next, they aided us in the bidding process.
