    I had the opportunity to work with Richard a couple of months ago and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the downtown Orlando area. We could not decide between a high rise condo in the downtown area or a home in the historic area. Richard was very familiar with both and helped us make a decision. We are not quite ready to purchase yet, but he understood that. I would highly recommend this young man. My husband and I both felt he was very honest and he certainly knew his market!

    Richard was absolutely incredible to work with! We needed an agent who we trusted without question, as we were buying from across the country, and found that Richard anticipated all of our wants and needs from day one. He's extremely easy to communicate with and also is very knowledgable when communicating with other agents, inspectors, general contractors, lenders, etc. We've luckily found our dream home and don't ever want to move... BUT if we did, we would absolutely partner up with Richard again. Can't recommend him enough!

    Richard was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He was honest, gave a fantastic viewpoint on every home we looked at. I genuinely felt like he was looking after my family’s best interest. Richard consistently supported us and answered any questions, at all hours of the day, any day of the week. I would recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a agent local to Asheville who knows everything from the history of Asheville, to what area is desirable.

    I have had 2 friends relocating to the area and called on Richard to assist in both cases. He was so helpful in finding the right property with all the right characteristics and really took into account the specific needs, for example school zones and surrounding community amenities. In addition, I have had help from Richard in a search for investment property. In all cases, he has been so responsive in communication as well as understanding the unique needs of each situation we had in front of us. I highly recommend Richard Lindau for anyone looking for property in Central Florida!
