Seller's Scoop

  • View: Our favorite view is through the kitchen window. We find peace and tranquility first thing in the morning walking into the kitchen to make our morning coffee, gazing on the trees, grass, and a slight mountain view.
  • Room: We love hanging out in our cozy living room space in front of the fireplace.
  • Tree: Our house has trees in the side yard and lining the end of the driveway. They provide nice shade in the summer time.
  • Walk: We love walking our dog at the community Buncombe County Sports Park right around the corner from our home.
  • Hike: There is a short and sweet hiking trail with a river beach about 0.5mi away called the Hominy Valley Greenway. Great for a family day or fresh, nature-filled exercise.
  • Breakfast: Biscuithead in West Asheville is a delicious breakfast joint close to our home. Sunny Point Cafe is also close by in West Asheville and one of the most popular foodie spots in Asheville serving amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Lunch: Dobra Tea in West Asheville gives full Asheville vibes and serves vegetarian/vegan options. Great spot for relaxing or grabbing a quick bite. FootHills serves prime burgers in West Asheville and usually has a food truck at HiWire Brewing just an exit away
  • Dinner: Nine Mile is our favorite restaurant in West Asheville with amazing Caribbean style & vegetarian/vegan friendly food options. We also love the food at Itto Ramen Bar & Tapas and The Walk.
  • Pub/Winery: New Belgium Brewery is just a couple miles away in West Asheville and one of our favorite local spots to grab a brew overlooking the French Broad River. Food trucks are abundant there, too.
  • Living Here Has Been: Living in our home has been a wonderful, first time home buyer experience. The location is great and is smack in the middle of everything. It's an easy few minute drive to several grocery stores, parks, and West Asheville. 10-12 min drive to downtown Asheville and local Hospital. Great for couples, renters, retirees. We love our open floor plan and lots of windows bringing natural light and sunshine into our home. The cheery, soft colors brighten our space. Fully enclosed basement and attic are great for storage. Love the cozy, homey feel and will certainly miss the good times enjoying our little family of the two of us and our sweet little Chihuahua Pomeranian pup. The open kitchen makes a great entertainment space with an awesome back and front deck for grilling and fresh air. Our pup loves the fenced in side yard and races around constantly every time he is let outside. Friendly neighbors.
