Ballantree Neighborhood Guide
A Subdivision in South Asheville with 170 homes. The community was interestingly named after the small town of Ballantree on the west coast of Scotland. It is located on the western slope of 3500-foot Busbee Mountain. Elevation at the entrance is about 2320 feet and it climbs to 2540 feet. This is a newer home community being completed in 2012. This neighborhood has trails for running and it is a favorite for running enthusiast. Convenient to local area shopping and Downtown Asheville.
