This area neighborhood was the creation of E.W. Grove (Grove Park Inn and Grove Park Arcade downtown) first developed in the 1920s. The architectural style of the residences range from Tudor Revival and Craftsman Bungalow, to Colonial Revival. Homes in this area are well kept and beautifully restored classic homes of that time gone by. The lots are often beautifully wooded typically boosting .5 acres with some variations.
