Key Features

Bountiful Homes: This city boasts architectural diversity, with Swiss chalet and Tudor-style homes, as well as newer construction. Larger lot sizes, abundant green space, and many local festivals make this area a desirable place to live.

History Galore: Adjacent to the City of Decatur, Avondale Estates was named after the birthplace of William Shakespeare. It is also home to the first ever Waffle House restaurant, which is now an appointment-only Waffle House museum.
