With the help each office across 11 locations, spanning 4 states, Nesters have had a hand in over 10,000 closings since 2008. In 2018, we helped over 2,700 clients across our locations.
Our closed volume was up over 24% from 2017, reaching a company-wide sales volume of $974,000,000. Our first annual Lake Norman Nest County Fair appreciation event was amazing and had over 200 in attendance with over 7,000 across the whole Nest Family. The support from our clients, partners, and friends was amazing in 2018 and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2019, so buckle up, hang on and let’s see what this ever-changing market has to bring us this year.

We designed the report to educate you on our local market trend and, in turn, help you make informed decisions. Lastly, before you dig into this year report a few “Did You Know” numbers that stand out:
- There were 46,931 new listings in the greater Charlotte area in 2018.
- There were 37,908 contracts written in the greater Charlotte area in 2018.
- New construction accounted for nearly 17% of homes sold in the greater Charlotte area in 2018.
