- Total sales stayed relatively flat across the Charlotte MSA last year. Total sales were 37,580, a 0.14% increase from 2018, when there were 37,528 total sales.
- The median sales price in 2019 was $258,795, a 7.83% increase over 2018’s median sales price of $240,000.
- In the Charlotte MSA, average days on market increased 5.00% to 42. Kannapolis had the lowest average days on market within the Charlotte MSA at 34 days.
