- There were 10,706 total home sales in the Richmond MSA in the first half of 2021 compared to 9,551 in 2020. This translates to a 12.09% increase.
- From Q2 2020 to Q2 2021 the average sales price increased by 14.11%. In 2021 the average sales price was $348,340 compared to $305,274 in 2020.
- So far in 2021 on average a listing stayed on the market for 6 days before closing. The average price per square foot was $164.
