The Parade of Homes is an annual event that showcases houses built by some of the most talented and trusted local builders in Charlottesville and the surrounding counties. This year’s 59th annual Parade of Homes Tour will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 8-9 and again on October 15-16. All homes on the tour are free and open to the public from noon to 5pm on the event dates. There are a total of 22 entries in this years Parade of Homes, which includes both physical and virtual tours. The Physical Parade of Homes Tour features 16 new construction entries. There will be 4 virtual only entries and 2 virtual neighborhood entries that are available for viewing online only.
