A Drive Through Bundoran Farm

If you haven’t driven through Bundoran Farm, then put it on your schedule this summer.  It’s one of the most beautiful spots in Albemarle County.  Not only is the land naturally spectacular, but the planning by Celebration Associates (and implementation of the plan) is top notch.  I drove through last week with my trusty flip and wanted to share.

A little about Bundoran from the Nest Realty site:

A truly unique opportunity in Albemarle County, Bundoran Farm is a preservation development encompassing a 2,300 acre farm. Of the total acreage, about 1,100 acres is given to cattle pastures, 1,000 acres is conserved as managed forest with over 15 miles of trails and 200 acres is given to orchards yielding Red and Golden Delicious, Rome and Granny Smith apples. Located in Southern Albemarle County, about 15 minutes from Charlottesville, Bundoran Farm real estate options include Ridge View, Forest View, and Meadow View home sites ranging from 2 to nearly 100 acres. Bundoran Farm homes will be built to the highest standards with a traditional architectural style, consistent with that of rural Charlottesville and Piedmont, Virginia.
