HOUSE NUMBERS
The simplest way to modernize your exterior is swapping out your house numbers! The clean lines and sans-serif font of this plaque sets the tone for visitors. The two-layered plaque comes in a standard gray concrete on the top layer, and you can customize the back to a wide array of plywood or acrylic colors that will show through. COLOR PALETTE
This simple white, black, and wood color palette is bold and impactful, while still retaining warmth. Exterior Paint & Door: PURE WHITE (SW#7005) Sherwin-Williams

BUILDING MATERIALS
Cypress Wood: Installed vertically on the upper section of the front of the home, this shiplap cypress wood adds a natural element. Custom designed and cut cypress wood is also repeated as a privacy screen to the left of the front door.
Stucco: A great alternative to traditional siding, stucco is durable and aesthetically pleasing. The first floor stucco in a sand finish has been painted white, while the foundation level has been left the factory finish from Superior Walls, to create definition.
GREENBUILT
Perhaps the most appealing thing about this home? It’s a certified “Greenbuilt” home from local NC builder, Greencraft, meaning energy efficiency and the environmentally sound building practices were utilized, including: spray foam insulation, HERS rated HVAC system, tight building envelope, water conserving fixtures, framing efficiency techniques, and site preservation.
