Did you hear the news!?! Five Fredericksburg Nest Realty agents won some awards. Some pretty big awards from the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS! Congrats to these members of our flock. And, a big thank you to all Nest Realty clients for making us look so good!
Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS Rookie of the Year 2015:
Anne White received Rookie of the Year Award. Criteria for this award include: REALTOR® spirit; activity in civic affairs and in FAAR, significant business accomplishments; exceptional leadership and professional qualities. This category is Sales Associates who are active REALTOR® members of FAAR. Anne was specifically honored as an exclusive buyer’s agent concentrating in military relocation. She went above and beyond to ensure her military clients, many times relocating from other countries, felt connected to the transaction and confident in the homes they were purchasing – sight unseen. In her first full year of real estate, she closed almost $2 million in sales and has already closed $1.5 million in sales in 2016. Anne’s willingness to seek out information and advocate for her clients put her head and shoulders above her real estate peers.
Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS Professional Honor Roll:
The above Nesters were awarded the Professional Honor Roll. This award was presented for the first time in 2008 recognizing the achievements of REALTOR recipients. The Honor “Role” award spotlights members who have made contributions to the real estate industry, FAAR, and the community. Points are assigned to categories – Association Activities, Networking Events, Educational Activities, VAR & NAR Designations and Councils, Service/Civic Activity and real estate Production. Minimum production for the award is $2 million.
Nest Realty had the most agents awarded Professional Honor Roll at the dinner. And, it goes without saying that having a Rookie of the Year at Nest Realty is pretty hard to accomplish. Anne is the only agent in this office with less than three years experience.
Go Team Nest! You make us so proud!
