We spent some time in Glenmore over the last few weeks meeting with residents, the Head Golf Pro, and the Club President. There’s a lot going on in Glenmore…not the least of which is the newest neighborhood within Glenmore called Pendower Heights. Piedmont Realty and Construction has just completed their model home in Pendower Heights, where they have homes starting in the mid $500s.
Market activity in Glenmore over the last 12 months is up. In all of 2011, there were 28 home sales in Glenmore. YTD 2012, there have already been 37 sales with 6 more under contract or pending. So, the Glenmore real estate market has been a bright spot in Albemarle County in 2012.
