This week marked the first official Realtor Open House for Charlottesville’s newest community, Lochlyn Hill.
Attendees checked out the views, walked homesites, and talked with Nest Realtors Jim Duncan and Keith Davis about the vision for the new neighborhood.
The five local builders who will be constructing homes in Lochlyn Hill were also on hand to answer questions about their lots and homeplans. (Lochlyn Hill builders include: Bramante Homes Incorporated, Craig Builders, Echelon Homes, Gaffney Homes, and Peak Builders.)
The more than 125 Realtors in attendance lunched on southern fare from the award-winning South Fork Food Truck!
