In this installment, we chat with Kevin Kyle, a Realtor with Nest Realty in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! Where are you from? What brought you to Greensboro?
Kevin Kyle: I was born in Wilkesboro, and spent the last 25 years in the Triad area. An opportunity with work brought me to the area.
NR: How did you get into real estate?
KK: I was recommended by a friend to attend a seminar run by Superior School of Real Estate. I felt excited about the opportunity to make a career shift.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
KK: I was a restaurant manager. Having helped to run a highly successful business, the key is unparalleled customer service and experience.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
KK: A wonderful friend, Beth Forrest of Nest Realty Greensboro.
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
KK: One-on-one interaction and the life-changing experience that comes with the sale or purchase of a home.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
KK: First-time buyers, specifically younger buyers, which comes from my previous work experience.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
KK: Amazing approachability and accessibility.

KK: Funny, punctual, nerdy, sports fanatic, and beer aficionado.
NR: Who would be your dream client?
KK: Ronald Acuna Jr. of the Atlanta Braves!
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
KK: Know your credit score!
NR: What is your favorite season in Greensboro?
KK: The fall.
