Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area?
Ashley Rogers: I have lived in the area since 2012. I came to care for my Granny and didn’t want to leave these mountains!
NR: How did you get into real estate? How long have you been practicing?
AR: I have sold Real Estate since 2001.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
AR: I was highly impressed with the marketing package and support that Nest Realty has to offer!
NR: What’s your favorite part of being an agent?
AR: Helping others find their HOME sweet HOME
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
AR: All of Western North Carolina.
NR: What are five adjectives to describe you?
AR: Kind, patient, spontaneous, loyal and thoughtful
NR: Who would be your dream client?
AR: Cash client with a second home mountain portfolio — highly desirable product.
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
AR: Pay attention to how you “feel” in the home. That is usually a solid indicator if that home is for you!
NR: What’s your favorite season?
AR: Fall…best season in WNC with vibrant colors and perfect weather!
