In this installment, we chat with Bianca Blakely, an agent with Nest Realty Greater Louisville.

Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get into real estate?
Bianca Blakely: I started in a mortgage company, and realized that real estate sales is my calling!

NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
BB: I worked as a business development representative. It has helped me in real estate because it has spiked a lot of ambition and a go-getter mindset.

NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
BB: I was looking for a smaller, more modern brokerage. Nest was perfect for my needs—I feel like a part of the family here.

NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
BB: Helping families find their forever homes!

NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
BB: First time home buyers and clients looking for their forever homes.

NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
BB: I strive to make sure my clients know that their needs are my top priority.

NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?
BB: Loving, ambitious, hardworking, hospitable, and funny!

NR: Who would be your dream client?
BB: Dr. Nowzardan from My 600 Pound Life. I would just love to meet him, LOL!

NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
BB: Be patient in this market. We will find your dream home.

NR: What is your favorite season in Louisville?
BB: Summer—I love the sun!
