In this installment, we chat with Cynthia Ilewicz, a Broker at Nest Realty New River Valley.
Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! Where are you from? What brought you to the New River Valley?
Cynthia Ilewicz: I was born and raised in Roanoke, VA. I graduated Radford University, and shortly after, moved to Blacksburg and have been here ever since!
NR: How did you get into real estate?
CI: I wanted a career that was challenging and rewarding, and once we purchased our first home, I knew Real Estate was what I was looking for!
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
CI: I was a Trade Compliance Specialist that worked in the Contracts department. I gained an understanding of contracts and the best ways to protect my clients.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
CI: Nest has always stood out as a great brokerage that has phenomenal marketing!
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
CI: Helping others!
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
CI: I am very easy to work with and help make the experience stress free!
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
CI: I am a hard worker and I go above and beyond for my clients!
