Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get into real estate?
David Blandford: I love real estate and I enjoy helping people.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
DB: Attorney. That previous career definitely prepared me for serious negotiations.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
DB: Nest provides a seamless transaction from start to finish for the client. I also love the family atmosphere and the enormous amount of support we receive as agents.
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
DB: Meeting new people and finding their dream homes.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer to clients?
DB: I have expertise in contract negotiation which helps me help my clients in every transaction.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?:
DB: I think my professional experience sets me apart from other agents.
NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?:
DB: Professional, courteous, patient, hard-working, and positive.

NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?:
DB: Work with an agent you trust.
