In this installment, we chat with agent Gina Crouse, a Broker with Nest Realty in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! Where are you from? What brought you to Raleigh?
Gina Crouse: I am a Triangle native.
NR: How did you get into real estate?
Gina Crouse: I had originally wanted to be an architect, but decided I’d enjoy selling homes more.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
Gina Crouse: I sold circuit boards for a local manufacturer. I learned the value of excellent customer service and communication.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
Gina Crouse: The marketing is so attractive. It’s a great opportunity to stay connected to my clients.
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
Gina Crouse: Setting proper expectations while making the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible for my clients.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
Gina Crouse: I have sales experience in many counties throughout the Triangle. I enjoy all the beautiful places real estate takes me.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
Gina Crouse: I am a problem solver. I look for all the options when confronted with an issue.
NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?
Gina Crouse: Genuine, charitable, understanding, honest, and competitive.
NR: Who would be your dream client?
Gina Crouse: Matthew McConaughey, without a doubt. I would want him to say, “ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT” when we find the perfect home.
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
Gina Crouse: Real estate is a great investment in your future.
NR: What is your favorite season in Raleigh?
Gina Crouse: Fall, because the leaves are so beautiful and the air is crisp.
