Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to Morganton?
Matt Crotts: I was born and raised in Morganton.
NR: How did you get into real estate?
MC: My grandfather and father were builders, and that started my interest in real estate.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
MC: My previous career was in purchasing, which has given me experience in negotiation.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
MC: Nest Realty has strong beliefs in client satisfaction which aligns with my goal.
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
MC: My favorite part of being a real estate Broker is helping people make the largest financial decision of their lives and start a new chapter.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
MC: My area of expertise in real estate is working in residential sales.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
MC: I strive to be the best agent I can be for my clients, because they are making a huge decision and they deserve it!
