In this installment, we chat with Sarah Landers, a Broker with Nest Realty Morganton.
Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area?
Sarah Landers: I was born and raised in Morganton, NC! The only time I have not lived here was when I attended Western Carolina University.
NR: How did you get into real estate?
SL: Previously, I managed an apartment complex at East Carolina University. Prior to that, I worked as a Leasing Consultant for three years for a complex at Western Carolina University. This was my first introduction to the housing world, which led me to where I am today.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
SL: The atmosphere of the office, as well as the friendly and caring staff.
NR: What’s your favorite part of being an agent?
SL: Meeting new people!
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise?
SL: Working with first time home buyers.
NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?
SL: Creative, Detail-oriented, Organized, Punctual, Approachable
NR: Who would be your dream client?
SL: Elon Musk
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
SL: Breathe
NR: What’s your favorite season?
SL: Spring, because the flowers start to bloom and I love warm weather.
Sarah Landers is a Broker at Nest Realty Morganton. Sarah was born and raised in Morganton, NC, and has returned home to enjoy the beauty of this area. She graduated from Western Carolina University, with a double major in Management and Marketing.
