Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get into real estate?
Sedia Bonsu: I love architecture. Real estate is a great way to learn about homes and see cool architecture.
NR: What was your previous career?
SB: I was an event planner.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
SB: Their marketing is top notch!
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
SB: Meeting new people and helping them achieve their dreams.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
SB: I’m a social media whiz!
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
SB: I lived abroad for five years.
NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?
SB: Bubbly, personable, fiery, energetic, and cool.
NR: Who would be your dream client?
SB: A Michelin star chef. Yum!
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
SB: Have patience.
NR: What is your favorite season in Roanoke?
SB: Summer!
