Sue Lagneau: With my real estate photography and marketing business.

NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
SL: Helping people find their dream homes!

NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
SL: It’s your first (of probably many) large investments—be careful how you spend your savings!
