Over this past year we worked hard, establishing ourselves as a top firm in the Morganton community. We worked hard for our clients, working late nights and early mornings, happily giving up weekends to help you find that “perfect for you” home. This year, in Burke County, Nest represented a buyer or a seller in almost 60 transactions. Our team at Nest Realty Morganton has worked hard for our community, working at The Habitat Restore on NC REALTORS®️ Gives Back Day. We also held our first Drink It Forward event at Catawba Brewing Company, raising more than $1,200 for the Burke County Literacy Council, a local nonprofit. Through our Local Love social media campaign, we’ve loved on our local small businesses, which make our community unique, attractive, and successful.
We have been recognized for our efforts by the Downtown Development Association, who recognized us with the “Breath of Fresh Air” award; and we were one of three award winners selected by NC REALTORS®️ for implementing fair housing training and showcasing our firm’s commitment to equal professional service for all. 2021 by all accounts was better than expected, and we are excited to share our Annual Report with you.
