Nest Property Management and BMC Sponsors Old Trail Village Event on Friday, August 5th
The Building Management Company (BMC) recently announced plans to develop the second phase of Old Trail’s Village Center. Plans for Phase 2 consist of 1st floor retail and restaurant space, 2nd floor office space, and 3rd and 4th floor residential apartments. BMC has hired Nest Property Management to oversee the leasing of the new building.
To celebrate and share information, Nest Property Management and BMC are co-sponsoring Friday’s After Six in Old Trail Village on Friday, August 5th from 6-9 p.m.
