Richmond Web Launch

web launch

When you first moved to Richmond, did you call a Realtor and say, “Hi, I’m moving to the area and I’m going to be working in Area 64. Can you help me find a house?” Of course not. So why do Richmond real estate firms make you search for homes that way?

It’s finally here. When I say finally, I really mean it. Launching a new website is always complicated and time consuming, and we always learn something new. And Richmond was no exception.

The first thing we needed to do at Nest was to get rid of REALTOR-speak searching, and put everything in the hands of the buyer and seller. Gone are references to Areas 30 and 22. Buyers can peruse Northside and the Near West End instead. Want to live in Midlothian but don’t know what MLS Area number the REALTOR community calls it? No problem. Just click on Midlothian.

Want to go Deeper?

But going granular, buyers want to see neighborhoods like the Museum District or The Fan. While you can find homes located in the Museum District by isolating for zip code and elementary school, why should you? Just ask to search the Museum District. In fact, we’ve identified over 100 neighborhoods in the City of Richmond alone, and make them searchable using proprietary mapping that we have developd.

Our agents are the best in the business. We may be new to Richmond, but we aren’t new to service. It’s what we do best. We put the client in front of all other aspects of our business. We want to create a client experience that is unparalleled by any other firm.  And this website represents just a single item of a laundry list of dozens of ways that you’ll find you are the focus of everything we do at Nest Realty.

Thanks for coming by. We look forward to serving you.

Spread the love
