Staging has been very effective in my business and my sellers have been able to sell their homes in less time for more money than they would have without it.
When I got to Nest and staging was presented as an expectation on all listings, I was relieved and excited. My former company did not put an emphasis on this, and I want to show you what a difference it makes!
Here are a the numbers of a home that was listed without staging, then with our staging:

Days on Market with previous firm, no staging: 126
Days on Market with Nest and our staging: 21
