Jose’s authentic tacos, handmade tortillas, and traditional Jarritos sodas are creating quite the buzz that can be heard as far as downtown Asheville!
With a cult following of Mexican food enthusiasts coming from Asheville, Swannanoa, Hendersonville, and even Tennessee, Jose’s Taco Truck is a “DO NOT MISS” the next time you find yourself hungry in Haywood County.
Choose between a Taco, Burrito, or Quesadilla filled with traditional Carne Asada (Steak), Pollo (Chicken) or venture beyond the norm and treat yourself to Lengua (Beef Tongue)!
His truck can be found on the corner of Russ Ave and Dellwood Rd in Waynesville on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – Close. When is “close” you ask? In true authentic food truck fashion, he closes when the lines are gone or the food runs out, whichever comes first!

we have Music by the River which bands will play on these certain days which is Tuesday and Thursdays 6pm – 8pm. The dates are June 11th, July 2,4,9,11,18. if you are interested in setting up your food truck on one of these days let me know.
