New Hanover Real Estate Sales Rise 15.5% the first half of 2015
We’ve just released our Nest 2015 Mid-Year Wilmington Real Estate Market Report.
The Wilmington real estate market, specifically New Hanover county, saw a 15.5% increase in single family units sold year-over-year for the first half of 2015. In 2014, there were 1824 units sold as compared to 2106 in 2015. Overall, Wilmington real estate sales are up 17.9%.
Median home sales price for New Hanover County real estate market also rose slightly in 2015: $210,000 vs. $209,000. The average days on market are down from 122 to 104, a 14% decrease.
